In 2016, our agriculture instructional areas underwent a significant remodel. During that time, we converted what was a shop space into our classroom space, fisheries room and animal learning center. The new classroom space now has an adequate amount of electrical hookups, sinks, eyewash station, science lab tables, and an epoxy flooring. This new flexible space allows for greater efficiency to carry out laboratory instruction. The addition of an epoxy flooring has allowed instructors to bring in larger livestock animals directly into the classroom space without worry of an animal slipping and falling on a smooth floor.
